Terms of Service

By registering for Subiz services (hereinafter referred to as "Service" or "Subiz"), you agree to the following terms and conditions (collectively referred to as "Terms of Service"). Subiz reserves the right to amend and update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. These amendments will take effect immediately upon being updated on Subiz.com's website. You should regularly check and update these provisions in these Terms of Service to ensure your rights are fully protected.

I. Account Usage Conditions

To use the service, you must be 13 years of age or older.
Provide a valid email address and other information as required to complete the registration process.
You are responsible for keeping your account and password safe. Subiz cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account information.
It is strictly prohibited to transmit any type of virus or malicious code that is destructive in nature.
In case you violate the service regulations as well as the service support system, we have the right to restrict or disable your access and use of our services without notice.

Violation of any of the Account Usage Conditions will result in immediate termination of your services by Subiz.

II. General Conditions

You agree to use the service only for your personal or commercial purposes as an online support solution. Subiz always strives to protect your personal information and privacy; however, we cannot guarantee the security of all information you disseminate online. By agreeing to this Agreement, you acknowledge these certain limitations. By using the Service, you agree to the following:

Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information as requested by Subiz.
You may not transfer, assign, license, or resell the service, in whole or in part, unless you are an authorized partner of Subiz. In the case of a partner who has signed a "Commitment to Cooperate with Subiz," allowing a third party not covered by the commitment to use the service illegally is a breach of contract and is strictly prohibited.
Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transmitted without encryption in the event of (a) transmission over various networks; (b) changes in equipment and network connections to conform and adapt to technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission over the network.
We may, but are not obligated to, remove content and accounts containing content that we deem unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, libelous, pornographic, or infringing upon the intellectual property of any party or these Terms of Service.
In cases where products, services, information, or other materials are purchased, sold, or transmitted through the use of Subiz or products not owned by Subiz, we will not be responsible or guarantee the quality.
You understand and agree that Subiz is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use Subiz services.
Any form of verbal or written abuse (including threats of abuse or retaliation) against any customer, employee, or member of Subiz will result in immediate account termination.

III. Fees

Under the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Subiz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license that can only be used strictly for the sole purpose of providing the service in accordance with the terms of the Agreement during its effective period. By using this service, you agree not to violate any of the following terms:

Copy or translate the content and source code of Subiz.
Combine the use of Subiz with another program.
You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or reproduce, or create copies of the Service or the Service's website.
Rent, sublicense, or lease any part of the Service, unless you are an authorized partner of Subiz.
Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes or for purposes other than those specified in this Agreement, unless you do so as an authorized partner of Subiz under your Partnership Agreement.
Cause annoyance, threats, harassment, or discomfort to any visitor, or any other individual or organization.
Send spam emails with a link to Subiz or Subiz's website.
Impersonate any individual, organization, or act on behalf of Subiz with any other individual or organization.
Use Subiz's embed code on websites or email campaigns to generate more than 1,000,000 visits per month or more than 100 simultaneous visitors at any given time, unless authorized by Subiz in writing.

If you violate the above terms, we have the right to unilaterally terminate your limited license without prior notice.

IV. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Subiz makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

Warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose, regarding the availability, accuracy, stability, information, or content of the Service.
Any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You agree and acknowledge that your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. This disclaimer applies to any damage or injury caused by the services, including but not limited to unexpected performance, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, delays, or inaccuracies in operation or transmission. Computer viruses, communication line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access.
Any materials downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service are at your own risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Subiz or through any form of Subiz service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.

V. Legal Liability Limitation

You understand and agree that in no event shall Subiz and its affiliates, agents, directors, advisors, employees, support staff, or partners be liable to anyone, whether indirectly, directly, incidentally, or especially for damages (including damages for loss of profits, interruption of use, as well as data transmission and similar incidents (even if the incident occurs, Subiz will have the right to be notified of such losses). You also agree that in no event shall Subiz's liability for compensation exceed the total monthly service fee. For services provided free of charge, Subiz shall have no legal liability to you.

VI. Content Restrictions

Display or promote obscene, indecent, pornographic information, or abet clear sexual acts.
Promote abuse, threats, hateful harm, harassment, conduct, defamation, or violence.
Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
Hack or modify the Service contrary to Subiz's intent.
Disclose or hack personal login information, including, but not limited to passwords, without the permission of the individual or organization that provided it to you.
Transmit viruses or malicious software.
Send junk mail, unwanted mail, or spam.
Collect personal information or content of users through the use of Subiz and its services or automated means without our permission.
Promote, endorse, distribute, publish, or send any material to embezzle or fraudulently solicit funds from visitors through the use of Subiz. Unfortunately, we currently cannot control all content posted by third parties using the service, nor are we obligated to monitor the Service, therefore we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content.
However, we are confident that in all cases, Subiz will not be responsible for any content, including any errors or omissions in the content, or any loss or damage of any kind arising from Subiz's actions. VII. Third-Party Services

You may allow third parties to access your account to receive additional products, services, or labor,

however, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the actions of third parties and are bound by the terms of third parties.

VIII. Refund Policy

You are solely responsible for unilaterally terminating your account. Subiz is not responsible for payment for early account termination and has no refund policy – this is a policy for all customers – and you will be responsible for all payments for the accounts you own. Your previous payments will be forfeited and not refunded.

IX. Warranty and Maintenance Policy

You use the Subiz software running on a web platform. We ensure the operation of the system through regular warranty and maintenance processes that are carried out across the entire system. Warranty and maintenance tasks include troubleshooting technical software issues and software upgrades.

X. Account Termination

You can cancel or terminate your account at any time. Closing an account means that continued use of the service with the same account and password will no longer be valid.
You are solely responsible for unilaterally terminating your account. Subiz is not responsible for payment for early account termination.
Subiz reserves the right to modify or terminate current or future services for any reason, at any time.
Without limitation by any compensation, Subiz may suspend or terminate your account if you violate the terms and conditions or unauthorized use of the services provided.

XI. Indemnification

By using the service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Subiz's employees, directors, agents, and third parties, or Subiz's reputation, from any harm, claims, lawsuits for losses, costs, liabilities (including usage fees and attorney fees) related to or arising from the connection or use of the services, including but not limited to your violation of the Terms and costs of claims arising from content you submit, post, or transmit while using the Service.
